Dear Victoria and Team,
Selling a home is one of the most difficult and disruptive things a person will ever go through. It is definitely something the average person needs professional help with. This is not the first time we have bought or sold a home, so we are familiar with realtors and the process. There are realtors however, and then there are realtors.
You have put together a team in every sense of the word. Each person brings his or her own strengths to the group creating a synergy that is recognizable and very reassuring. Victoria, your team's awesome knowledge of the process coupled with your high ethical standards made it easier to sleep at night through what could have been a difficult time. Your team demonstrated that they care.
We appreciate very much the relationship we developed with the individuals in the team. Nantha was always so courteous and helpful. Carol's knowledge, desire to help and wonderful personality was a joy. Dona, although new, was extremely helpful at closing. There were others behind the scenes, with whom we didn't deal personally, but their hard work was apparent and greatly appreciated. Then there is you Victoria. Even though you had numerous clients, you had time for us personally. That was so important to us. Your knowledge and confidence instilled confidence in us. We came away from this experience confident that we had the very best representing us.

Thanks for giving me the opportunity to tell others about what a great service you offer.
You and your team were outstanding during the sale of our very unique house in Racquet Club and the purchase of our new home. As I think about the sale of #2 Willow Court, I realize what a difficult process that could have been. You kept us well informed, made sure all appointments were well planned and double checked, and gave us great advice to follow related to all aspects of selling a house, especially the pricing and negotiations. It's always easy to get so tied up in this being "your house" that you lose objectivity. I appreciated they way that you were objective, but never tried to make us choose your ideas or advice. From the brochures to the Realtors Event, everything was professional, but more important, handled with great integrity.
The same great qualities were apparent as you searched for house for us. I'll bet that we wore you out on numerous trips and house visits were required. Thank you for your wonderful patience. Thank you for your continued objectivity as we downsized. It sure wasn't easy to buy when our expectations were so high.
You are not only at the top, you are far above all other realtors in this area and maybe any area.
