Licensed since 1987, actively listing and selling in Midland since 1995. Victoria is the broker for the office, and personally handles most of the Victoria Printz Team, Realtors® listings, pricing, marketing and Seller communication. She primarily works with Sellers, although occasionally assists Buyers, also. In 2006, Victoria closed 197 transactions, nearly $40 million in sales, and 2007 totaled over $34 million in sales!
Julie Golden- Licensed Buyer's Specialist
Julie Golden, born and raised in Midland is so excited to be a part of the Victoria Printz Team. Educated at Robert E. Lee High School and Angelo State University, she has vast knowledge of West Texas living. Julie has worked in many facets of the real estate business including mortgage financing and was also a coordinator for Marathon Oil Company in the Relocation Department. She is very active in the community holding offices with Midland Symphony Guild, Midland Independent School District PTA, Volunteer in Public Schools (VIPS) and several Midland High School Booster Clubs. Julie is married to Greg Golden and has three daughters.
Nantha Gilmore-Receptionist
As the receptionist, Nantha is a warm and inviting voice on the phone and always with a smile as you enter or exit the office. She has become the “motherly” figure for the office, going beyond her “official” duties to lend a hand whenever/wherever needed. Her abilities go beyond the norm for a receptionist and this office would definitely not be the same without her. Born and raised in Texas, she spent 17 years in Missouri completing her 30 year career in the insurance adjusting business before returning “home” to Texas, settling in Midland. She has three children, four grand children and a great-granddaughter all living in Texas.
Kelsie Rasure-Director of Marketing
Kelsie Rasure, Director of Marketing, is the newest member of the Victoria Printz Team. She designs brochures, creates virtual tours, manages the web site, writes the Sunday Ad and photographs listings. After graduating from Midland Christian School in 2010, she currently attends Midland College and is pursuing a degree in Business and Marketing. In high school, Kelsie graduated at the top of her class and was an active member of Student Council, Vice President of National Honors Society, Secretary of Spanish Club, and an honarary Who's Who in Foreign Language member. Kelsie hopes to pursue a career in real estate after obtaining her degree.

Jeaneen Pruitt
Jeaneen is a native Midlander who has been a full time real estate agent for over ten years, is a multi million dollar producer, and is proud to be one of the top agents in Midland. Jeaneen has served as a director on the Permian Basin Board of Realtors, is recognized by Dave Ramsey as a top ELP, and was president of the Midland Council of Realtors. Jeaneen’s experience and knowledge of the Midland market along with her training as an Accredited Buyer’s Specialist has provided her with the ability to guide Buyer’s through the process of looking, finding, and purchasing a home successfully. Jeaneen is married to William, her husband for over 25 years. They have two children, and one grandchild. The Pruitts are members of Stonegate Fellowship Church.
Lillian Reynolds
Lillian’s vast knowledge of the business world makes her a valuable addition to The Jeaneen Pruitt Team. Her previous business experience includes being recognized as the top producing stock broker in the state of Texas. An invitation to become the director of a prestigious dental firm lured her to Baton Rouge where she lived for five years. Lillian returned to Midland to be close to family and for the opportunity to join one of Midlands top real estate teams!
Myra McKinley
Myra has made Midland her home for over ten years, attending Robert E. Lee High School and Midland College where she was in Phi Theta Kappa. Myra focuses on minimizing the amount of stress inherent to buying and/or selling one’s home, and keeping clients informed of all aspects of the buying and selling process. Her primary focus is to provide the highest level of service by being the caring, professional, and skilled agent that The Jeaneen Pruitt Team is known for. Myra is blessed to have a wonderful husband, Brian and fantastic son, Austun, both of whom she is very proud of!
Amber Pruitt
Amber's primary focus is to ensure that the entire transaction is smooth and pleasant for all parties involved. With the endless tasks, documents, and deadlines in real estate transactions, Amber’s detail-oriented and personable service will put your mind at ease. Her number one concern is you and providing you with the caring, professional, and skilled service The Jeaneen Pruitt Team is known for. Amber attended Robert E. Lee High School, Tyler Junior College, and Midland College. She has one gorgeous son, Noah, that is the light of her life. Se Habla Espanol.
Maryanne Campbell
In 2006 Maryanne found her niche as a real estate marketing specialist. She has since expanded into doing portraits, as well. With a real passion for photography, she takes pride in her work and in making sure that Jeaneen's marketing is the best in the business! She is responsible for creating the virtual tour, brochure and information packet for each listing.
