Victoria is the broker for the office, and personally handles most of the Victoria Printz Team, Realtors® listings, pricing, marketing and Seller communication. She primarily works with Sellers, although occasionally assists Buyers, also. In 2006, Victoria closed 197 transactions, nearly $40 million in sales, and 2007 totaled over $34 million in sales!

Jeaneen Pruitt - Licensed Real Estate Specialist

Proud to be part of the Victoria Printz Team, Jeaneen Pruitt is a native Midlander who is committed to the community. She has been a full time real estate agent for over ten years. She served as a director on the Permian Basin Board of Realtors, and was president of the Midland Women’s Council of Realtors. Jeaneen is a multi-million dollar producer and is proud to be one of the top agents in Midland, averaging one closing every three days! She is an Accredited Buyer Specialist, and e-Marketing Specialist, and in 2001, she completed the Dale Carnegie course. She is committed to constant education in an effort to increase the level of service she offers to her clients. Her clients receive real service...real results. Jeaneen is married to William, her husband of over twenty years. She has two children and one grandchild. The Pruitt’s are members of Stonegate Fellowship Church.

Myra Chapman - Licensed Transaction Coordinator for Jeaneen

Myra Chapman, Jeaneen’s Licensed Assistant, will take care of your needs through every detail of the closing process. As Myra’s primary focus is to minimize the amount of stress inherent to buying and/or selling one’s home, her aim is to ensue that the entire transaction is as smooth and pleasant as possible for all parties involved. With the endless tasks, documents and deadlines real estate transactions can entail, we are happy to offer Myra’s meticulous and detail-oriented assistance and personable service. She strives to make sure every home sale proceeds smoothly and culminates with the fewest problems.

Julie Golden- Licensed Buyer's Specialist

Julie Golden, born and raised in Midland is so excited to be a part of the Victoria Printz Team. Educated at Robert E. Lee High School and Angelo State University, she has vast knowledge of West Texas living. Julie has worked in many facets of the real estate business including mortgage financing and was also a coordinator for Marathon Oil Company in the Relocation Department. Dedicated to her clients, Julie makes every effort to communicate clearly and insure smooth efficient transactions. She is very active in the community holding offices with Midland Symphony Guild, Midland Independent School District PTA, Volunteer in Public Schools (VIPS) and several Midland High School Booster Clubs. Julie is married to Greg Golden and has three daughters.

 Nantha Gilmore-Receptionist

As the receptionist, Nantha is a warm and inviting voice on the phone and always with a smile as you enter or exit the office. She has become the “motherly” figure for the office, going beyond her “official” duties to lend a hand whenever/wherever needed. Her abilities go beyond the norm for a receptionist and this office would definitely not be the same without her. Born and raised in Texas, she spent 17 years in Missouri completing her 30 year career in the insurance adjusting business before returning “home” to Texas, settling in Midland. She has three children, four grand children and a great-granddaughter all living in Texas.
