Unlike any other real estate company in Midland, Texas, The Victoria Printz Team, Realtors* is set up as a "True Team". Each member of our team specializes in one aspect of the real estate transaction, and that person is the very best at what they do. Rather than one agent trying to "do it all", i.e. showing, listing, marketing, inspections, finance details, repair negotiation and closings, we've segmented the process and we have proven results! In 2002, our first year categorized as a "team" by the National Association of Realtors*, we were ranked 78th in the nation of the top 100 sales teams with 276 closed transactions! In 2003 we successfully closed 384 transactions and over $45 million in sales. In 2004, 315 transactions resulting in $45+ million in sales! And in 2005, 332 transactions for $55+ million in sales! 2006 was another fabulous year for Victoria, who on her own closed 197 transactions, with just under $40 million in sales! In 2007, Victoria had a total of over $34 million in sales!
