We purchased our home from Victoria when we moved to Midland from Tulsa. She came highly recommended and we were so pleased with the results. So one Saturday while playing golf with one of my friends he told me that he was selling his house and moving to Dallas. He told me he had not selected a realtor so I recommended Victoria and sent her his contact information and she called him 10 minutes later and set up a time to meet on Monday. After evaluating his home she gave him a listing price. Unfortunately he did not select her he went with someone else who had given him a listing price of 20K more for his home. After more than 90 days and his home not selling he eventually had to lower his price to the exact number Victoria had given him. He later told me that he had made a mistake by not selecting Victoria to sell his home it had cost him time and money by not choosing her. She knew the market and the other realtor had just given him a higher price just to get the listing.
